Aldera Chisholm

Aldera (Ali) has spent over 15 years in database management, analytics, annual giving and stewardship. Her prior roles include a theatre, a zoo and a public library foundation. She's now a consultant working out of Nova Scotia and through Sargent Solutions in Ontario. Her broad experience and creative, enthusiastic approach to problem solving leaves an impression on everyone she works with. Ali loves blending the art and science of fundraising: using data and technology to give fundraisers the training and support they need to focus on what they do best - building great donor relationships.

Kerry Anderson

After 20 years as an information systems programmer and analyst, Kerry made the leap to providing database administration for nonprofit organisations. In 2018, she co-founded Frontraiser, a consultancy specialising in improving fundraising and development operations of nonprofits. Kerry was one of the very few consultants providing expertise in Crystal Reports development, along with Raiser's Edge 7 and NXT, and eTapestry. As well as designing custom reports, Kerry had a busy workload of remote database administration, data evaluation and cleanup, process improvement, post-implementation support and training. Kerry made the move to frontline fundraising operations in late 2024, joining Mass Eye & Ear as their Senior Director of Development Services. She remains my go-to for wise advice.

Lisa McGinty
|
Lisa has long experience in trust and foundation fundraising and since 2024 has brought her valuable skillset to a wider audience through her freelance work. She works with CEOs, trustees and fundraisers at all sizes of organization, developing their funding approach and helping them be more successful with trust and foundation applications. In my work I usually encounter T&F fundraising when it hits CRMs, with issues such as how proposals and gifts are coded and integrity of information. Lisa is my new go-to for the other side of this important work and has invaluable skills in relationship building, coaching staff, refining a case for support and building a robust pipeline. She's based in Hertfordshire, England and works with clients in the UK and further afield.
